With your purchase, Flowers-for-you.com.my will deliver the flower arrangements free of charge* to yourself or your recipient. Service fulfillment will be carried out by a door to door courier service. To qualify for a purchase, the customer must agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions of Delivery

• The purchaser must agree that the delivery details and address that he/she provided as point of delivery and billing is truthful and correct.
• Flowers-for-you.com.my has the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details inputted by the client but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
• Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
• In the case that the address specified by the client is incorrect, Flowers-for-you.com.my has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
• If a delivery is late, Flowers-for-you.com.my will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
• If the product is not delivered, Flowers-for-you.com.my will replace the ordered product with one of the same value.
• Flowers-for-you.com.my offers next day delivery to most major cities and towns in Malaysia. Upon ordering and placing a desired delivery date, the sender will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been processed. If for any reason, we cannot meet the desired delivery date, we will inform the client through this e-mail. Before ordering, we advise all clients to please refer to the Delivery Coverage Table to find a suitable date of delivery for his or her recipient.
• Flowers-for-you.com.my reserves the right to alter or modify order specifications to conform to its corporate policies.
• During festive days and seasons, prices will change accordingly. We will try our best to accomodate your orders within the reasonable price adjustments as our suppliers are also adjusting their prices accordingly.
• The flower arrangements displayed here are for illustrative purposes. Each flower arrangement is a work of art by our florists and it could vary slighty from the illustrations.
• Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.
• Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, delivery around Valentine�s Day has different prices.
• Cancellation can only be done 48 hours before the time of delivery. After 48 hours, the full amount will be charged.
• Kindly provide all delivery details and address asked for in our order form so as to avoid unnecessary delay.
• Flowers-for-you.com.my will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to insufficient or incorrect delivery address. Please provide at least a 2 hour range for delivery. However, we will try to accommodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible.
