>Placing An Order

How do I place an order?

You can order as long as you have a PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diner�s Club credit cards and also Maybank 2u. No extra forms, registration or unnecessary requirements. Ordering at Flowers-for-you.com.my is fast and secure. Just follow these simple steps to place your order:

  • To add an item to your shopping cart, click the �Add to Cart� button on any title�s detail page.
  • Fill in the online order form with an appropriate delivery details and your greeting card message.
  • When you have finished shopping, click the �Proceed to Checkout� button on your right.
  • After that, click the button which reads �Submit� to proceed to the Payment Details and choose your preferred payment method.
  • Finally, click �Next� button to view your purchase summary

How will I know if you have received my online order?

You will receive a virtual receipt as soon as you finish ordering. After this, we will send you an email confirmation including all of the information you have submitted in your order (please make sure you provide us with a valid email address). If you do not receive an email within an hour of placing your order, please notify us through stephy.lau@flowers-for-you.com.my.

How will I be billed?

Flowers-for-you.com.my website publishes two prices in RM and USD. The RM is used for easy comparison tailored made for Malaysian customers to facilitate the purchasing decision making process and USD is used for billing purposes (unless those wish to use Maybank2u to made payments, then can pay in RM). USD is used because it is the reference point when it comes to International foreign exchange rate conversion. RM is not used because RM is not a valid currency outside Malaysia and international remittance is not possible in RM.

You are charged when your credit card (direct or PayPal) is verified and as soon as we confirm your sale at the end of your transaction. Credit card companies usually bill you by the local currency equivalent of the purchase price at the time of order (unless otherwise specified by your credit card company) so you are safe from fluctuations. The charge will arrive along with your regular credit card bill.

When you checkout at PayPal, there are two choices:

  • If you don't have a PayPal account or do not want to open one, you can use your credit card in PayPal's very secure website
  • If you use PayPal (which is highly recommended), the billing will reflect on whatever financial institution or bank you registered with PayPal (your account).

Is the credit card payment system secure?

Credit card payments are done in PayPal's website through a redirection from our website. We do not collect any of your financial information at all! After you make your payment in PayPal throught credit card, PayPal account, eCheck, etc... PayPal's website will redirect your browser back to our website to finish your order. PayPal's industry leading security standards ensures that your money, financial information, and privacy stays safe with PayPal. For more detailed information, please visit PayPal's website.

Do you give guarantee on the order?

Flowers-for-you.com.my 100% guarantee to deliver fresh and beautiful floral arrangements. If, at anytime, you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, we will replace to ensure that you as customers are happy and will continue to be our customers in the future.

Can my orders be fulfilled all the time?

Flowers-for-you.com.my will try its best to fulfill your exact orders but in some cases, substitution may be necessary due to seasonal or special occasions. Certain kind of flowers and specific colours may not always be available at those occasions and we reserve the right to substitute your order with another item of a similar or higher value.

Are the prices shown applicable for all occasions?

Prices quoted are not applicable for festive and special occasions (Valentine�s Day, Mother�s Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year and Hari Raya). For these occasions, you will find out the actual price that you need to pay during the final stages of checkout.

May I change my order delivery details (delivery date / greeting message / delivery address) or cancel an order after it has been submitted?

Of course! If for any reason you wish to change order details, please give us a 24 - hour advance notice to implement delivery changes or cancellation. During floral holidays, kindly send your cancellation notice at least two (2) working days prior to the delivery date. Kindly contact us or send us an email through stephy.lau@flowers-for-you.com.my on Mondays to Fridays, 7:00am to 5:00pm (Malaysian Time).

Can I ship flowers to more than one address when placing my order online?

We would be happy to ship flowers to more than one address. However, you have to enter a separate order for each address you want to deliver to. For more convenient ordering, we would recommend creating an account with us so that you don�t have to input your delivery details each time you visit us.

Isn�t it more expensive if you charge me in dollars?

If you convert our dollar prices to its MYR equivalent, you will find that we charge the fairest price for the service that we offer. Try it, we�re sure you�ll be pleasantly surprised!

How do I change the quantity of my order?

To change or add the quantity of an item, click My Cart logo. Input the new quantity in the Quantity box and click Update to register the changes.

>Delivery Guidelines

Where do you deliver?

We deliver flowers to nearly every corner of the Malaysia. Please check with us if you are not sure if the recipient�s address is included in our deliverable zones.

Kindly note that all orders for delivery to hospitals, schools, dormitories, apartments and funeral homes, must have the recipient�s complete name, complete address (room number or department included) in the order form. Hospitals do not allow flower deliveries to Intensive Care Units.

Does your price include delivery charges?

Yes, the prices displayed already include the delivery charges. No more suprise add-on costs during checkout!

Important: Please review all information before submitting an order e.g. recipient's name, delivery address, post code, contact number & delivery date. Please note that all incomplete address, phone numbers and information of Sender and Receiver may delay the delivery.

Kindly ensure that all information entered during the order process is complete and free of error. Flowerz4u.biz will not be liable for any delay in orders due to incomplete of the information.

If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, no refunds will be made as the order items will be considered as delivered.

Refund only will be given at the discretion of the company management.

Please check your e-mail immediately after you have placed your order, subsequently you will receive an e-mail of confirmation from us. This e-mail contains your order number as well as your order summary. If there are any changes to be made, you may reply the e-mail with the details of your order. What are your delivery schedules?

  • For orders received before 11.00am (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), delivery is within same day.
  • For orders received after 11.00am (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operation availability, we will try to arrange for same day delivery, but if it is a busy day for our operation, the deliveries will be made on the next day.
  • For orders received after 11.00am on Saturday as well as on Sunday, delivery will be made on the upcoming Monday.
  • If your delivery date is falls on a Malaysian Public Holiday, the delivery will be made on the next day.
  • Please contact us at stephy.lau@flowers-for-you.com.my or @ 012-5918833 if you like to make special arrangements over the weekend or during Public holidays and/or special occasions.

How about delivery during peak seasons?

Delivery during the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas, Chinese New Year, kindly place your order Three(3)days in advance.

Due to the higher demand than usual during Peak/Festive season, we will try to accommodate your special time request as practical as we can. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.

What if the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery?

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will have the order received by a person that claims affinity to the recipient and is present at the exact address.

Is there any proof of delivery?

A proof of delivery slip will be signed by the recipient to confirm the completion of the service. You may inquire about who received the order through stephy.lau@flowers-for-you.com.my.

What if the flowers arrived late or got spoiled?

We take every precaution to preserve your flowers so it should get to its destination farm fresh. However, if for any reason the flowers do not arrive in good condition or does not arrive at all, we will be happy to replace the bouquet of flowers as long as it is in accordance to our purchase agreement.

How will I know the if the flowers have been delivered?

We keep in touch with you every step of the way. If you feel the need to contact us, don�t hesitate to email us at stephy.lau@flowers-for-you.com.my and we will inform you of the status of your order immediately.

Are there days or date restrictions on flower deliveries?

Yes, there are. We do not deliver on Sundays except for special prior arrangements requested when ordering. Also, we observe holidays such as Christmas Day, New Year�s Day and our National Holidays wherein we do not deliver flowers.

During Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas Day, we expect a very high volume order so we would appreciate it very much if you place your orders at least three (3) working days ahead of these special days. Special holidays are usually announced in the front page of our website so you�ll never miss it.
